Terms of Service

By creating a DEDOC account or otherwise using the DEDOC platform ("DEDOC", "we", "us"), operated by OmniPower Innovation, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use DEDOC.

DEDOC is a health-information and telehealth-coordination platform: an AI-assisted symptom checker, doctor consultation booking, personal health records, appointment and reminder management, health education content, and a facility directory. It is provided for informational and coordination purposes and is not a licensed healthcare provider itself.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account. Provide a phone number you control — it is your login identifier. A parent or guardian may create and use an account on behalf of a minor in their care.

Requesting a consultation through DEDOC sends a request to the selected doctor; it does not guarantee availability, response time, or that the consultation will occur on the requested schedule. Fees shown for doctors are indicative; DEDOC does not currently process payments on this platform. Any care you receive from a doctor is governed by that doctor's own professional and legal obligations, separate from DEDOC.

• Do not use DEDOC to seek care for someone without their knowledge or consent, except as a parent, guardian, or caregiver acting in another person's interest.
• Do not submit content that is abusive, fraudulent, or infringes another person's rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform, including automated or scripted use of the AI Health Assistant beyond normal patient use.
• Do not rely on DEDOC as your sole source of care in an emergency — see the Medical Disclaimer.

Health education content, the DEDOC name, logo, and platform design are owned by OmniPower Innovation or its licensors. You retain ownership of the health information you enter; you grant DEDOC the limited right to process it as needed to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is transmitted and to whom).

DEDOC is provided on an "as available" basis. AI-generated responses depend on third-party providers (Google Gemini, DeepSeek) and may be delayed, degraded, or unavailable; in that case DEDOC falls back to a built-in offline health guide. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmniPower Innovation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of DEDOC, including reliance on AI-generated health guidance in place of professional care. See the Medical Disclaimer for the full scope of this limitation.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of DEDOC after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
